📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We use USPS and FedEx with Shopify’s discounted rates to offer the best pricing and fastest delivery.

USPS (Standard Delivery)

  • USPS First Class: 3–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

FedEx (Express & Expedited Delivery)

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • FedEx 2-Day: 2 business days
  • FedEx Overnight: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or seasonal volume.

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on real-time USPS & FedEx discounted rates through Shopify. Rates depend on your shipping address and selected delivery speed. We never charge extra handling fees.

🌍 International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available.

📮 Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through:

  • Your shipping confirmation email
  • Your Shopify account (if created)

📭 Wrong Address / Missed Deliveries

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address
  • Missed or unclaimed deliveries
  • Lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

If this occurs, please contact USPS or FedEx to file a claim.

💔 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will assist with a replacement if available.

If your package is lost in transit:

  • File a claim with USPS/FedEx.
  • Email us and we will support you from our side.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Returns follow our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
